“Awesome stay. The people leaving negative comments are entitled snobs, this place is great. Staff was very nice, the room was clean and very spacious. Beds are super comfortable, noise level from the city is almost non existent. Location is also perfect, you're two steps away from the metro. Decor is all beautiful. We'll be back in Madrid and this is the place we'll be looking for again.”

“This is the PERFECT LOCATION! Would definitely stay here again, room is good too and really didnt stay much in the hotel so this was great. Also they have an area to let your baggage there if you come early so thats awesome.”

“We checked in hours ago and have 2 nights left but we’re already thrilled with this hotel. The room is spacious and modern with a good view of the street. The noise level from the street is minimal, if any. There’s 2 toothbrushes and toothpaste waiting on your arrival- perfect for a long train ride here. & there is a shaving kit incase you forgot one at home. The reception staff was amazing and had great suggestions on things to do nearby. We’re glad we chose this hotel and hope others do too.”

“Very nice hotel. The building is beautiful and the rooms are also beautifully decorated to create a cosy atmosphere. The shower is huge and there is not shortage of anything. Complimentary coffe and tea in the rooms. There's is a nice wardrobe, a minibar and a safe for your valuables. Cleaning daily or as desired. The staff is courteous and helpful. They even offer umbrellas when it rains. The location is good and within walking distance to the heart of town. There is also a Subway station right outside the door. Highly recommended a great value.”
